iPhone SIM and AT&T activation Unlocked?

+ A Norwegian hacker widely known as 'DVD Jon' claims that he has cracked the iPhone activation. On his blog, Jon Lech Johansen aka DVD Jon has posted a small utility software, which can easily edit code with-in iPhone operating system software. By using this utility, the iPhone user can activate the Wi-Fi and iPod capabilities on the iPhone without needing to sign up to AT&T's mobile service, but the regular phone services on the device will not be available.

IPhone is the most desired gadget of this decade ( a world-wide phenomenon) , sought after for features like 3.5-inch 480 x 320 touch screen display with multi-touch support and a proximity sensor, 2 mega pixel cam, 4GB or 8 GB of storage, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR and A2DP, Wi-Fi that automatically engages when in range, and quad-band GSM radio with EDGE. Perhaps most amazingly, though, it somehow runs OS X with support for Widgets, Google Maps, and Safari, and iTunes and much more…….factor of bling Bling!

Want to buy "unlocked (sim and AT&T) iPhone" in India ?
Apple said; Officially, the iPhone won’t be available in India until 2008, but Some dealers in India are claiming that they can unlock both SIM and AT&T activation for mere 25$ dollar...it sounds quite ridicules to me knowing that iPhone runs on MAC os X and its too early for a claim like that. I am pretty sure that iPhone will be unlocked but it will take time, and who knows this might happen officially,.... apple might sign a deal with Indian cellular service providers like reliance, AirTel etc and make a early appearance in the market. As for the claims like unlocking of iPhone by dealers of Palika Bazar (Delhi) are actually brain child of some cunning Indian Blogger who wants to cash in on popular search terms like "iPhone", “unlocked iPhone” and "buy iPhone India".... Google Juice??...…..Sudhaar Jaaooo bhai-Log!!
